- For the Abstract’s TITLE, please use Bold ALL CAPITAL letters and full justification. Please avoid using abbreviations.
- Authors’ names should appear in Bold font below the title of the abstract in lowercase and must be given in full: Given name first and then followed by Surname with first letters Capital. Please, underline the name of the presenting author who will register for and attend the EDEG 2026 conference.

Presentation guidelines
Oral presentation:
10 minutes presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion (total 15 minutes) in the main hall.
Format of the file presented: power point (ppt) - no slide number limit, but your presentation should not exceed 10 minutes so approximately 10 slides!
Poster pitch & board
2 minutes presentation in the main hall. Followed by 40 minutes for questions and discussion next to your poster board in reception hall (after all the ~10 pitches in the given Poster pitch session).
Format of the file presented: power point (ppt) – maximum of 3 slides & printed poster, portrait oriented, maximum dimension A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm, or 33 x 47 inches).
If your abstract is selected for a Poster Pitch & Board please carefully read the following clarification of the guidelines. You will have to prepare two things:
- A short 2 minute PowerPoint presentation with a maximum of 3 slides. This Pitch is intended to advertise your study/abstract. Not to cover all the details. It should be more of an "elevator" pitch stating the most interesting aspects and a hint of the main results.
- A printed poster, portrait oriented, maximum dimension A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm, or 33 x 47 inches). This poster will be displayed on a poster board. You will be expected to stand next to it and discus your study (poster) with interested other participants.
The Poster Pitch & Board sessions will start with all the pitches in the main hall and after that will move to the poster boards.
Please do not hesitate to contact the Local Organizing Committee should you need any additional clarification or if you have any queries:
