Registration information

We have extended the registration deadline from April 1 until April 20. To participate in the EDEG 2026 meeting, please fill out the registration form until the 20th of April. You will receive a confirmation e-mail, if not, please contact Hello Agency at edeg2026@helloagency.hu.

* Cost includes 3 night accommodation (from the 9th to the 12th of May 2026) in a double room with the person you are accompanying, breakfast and all 5 meals offered during the 60th EDEG Meeting – but doesn't include access to the Meeting’s area.

The registration fee is also inclusive of:

  • Admission to the EDEG 2026 conference premises, conference hall and breakout sessions (~3 days)
  • Conference material & Certificate of Attendance
  • Attendance at the organized Coffee breaks during the Scientific Program
  • Welcome Reception/Dinner on Saturday the 9th May 2026
  • All meals are covered (3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and all dinners) throughout the EDEG 2026 conference
  • 3 nights stay in a Single Room accommodation on 9th, 10th, 11th of May
  • Social events
  • If you are planning to stay extra nights either in case of early arrival or late departure, we have set up a separate registration form for those nights, you will find more information of that below. Note: booking of extra nights is subject to availability (actual price will be similar and communicated with you at the time of your request).

Cancellation policy and name changes of registration

Registration and hotel fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a colleague if you are unable to attend.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the registration process. If an invoice needs to be changed after the initial invoice has been sent, an administrative fee of 22 EUR (VAT included) will apply. 
All requests for cancellations/changes must be sent in written form to Hello Agency at edeg2026@helloagency.hu.

Extra accomodation

If you are interested in booking extra accomodation outside of the accomodation that is included in the conference fee you can book extra accomodation by email at edeg2026@helloagency.hu.
